In episode 20, coming soon, you’ll hear from Carlton Landing’s Town Founder about what’s coming in the near and hopefully not too distant future in regards to the Marina Center, Nature Center, walking trails, wedding chapel, retreat/conference center, new businesses, The Homestead, the swimming area and more. What was once merely in his imagination has blossomed into the most darling town with so much wonder yet to be realized. But you’ll get to hear some of those future plans here in this episode.
This was a talk given in winter 2023, hosted by the Carlton Landing Foundation as the first talk in what’s called their Masterplan Speaker Series. The next Masterplan talk is planned for the Saturday of Mother’s Day 2024 where they will likely be discussing the different entities in Carlton Landing & the role they play in CL.
